At GatherNext, we believe that access to reliable event management tools should be affordable. That’s why we keep our prices at reasonable levels and rely on open-source technologies to reduce costs.
Our online platform operates as Software as a Service (SaaS) and is available through a monthly subscription.
📌 Important: The Lead Retrieval service for exhibitors is available as an optional add-on and is charged separately as a one-time fee. This service allows exhibitors to scan and collect attendee details for follow-ups and networking.

✅ First notification: Confirmation and access instructions for the GatherNext online platform via the URL you provided. (If the URL is unavailable, we will request an alternative name.)
✅ Second notification: Instructions on how to add your billing details and select a payment method through the secure Stripe environment (only required for your first order).
Through your account, you can manage your subscription via Manage my subscriptions (Stripe Customer Portal):
✔ Cancel subscription: The service will be deactivated at the end of the billing cycle.
✔ Edit billing details.
✔ Add or update your payment method through the secure Stripe environment.
⚠ If you do not complete your billing details within 3 days after the free trial ends, your subscription will be automatically canceled.
In this case:
❌ Your access to the service will be revoked.
❌ Any stored data in GatherNext will be permanently deleted without notice.
