π Important: The Lead Retrieval service and the Exhibitor Guest Invitation tool are available as an optional add-ons, charged once per exhibitor. These tools let your exhibitors scan attendees, collect contact details, and invite guests β making follow-ups and networking faster and easier.

β First notification: Confirmation and access instructions for the GatherNext online platform via the URL you provided. (If the URL is unavailable, we will request an alternative name.)
β Second notification: Instructions on how to add your billing details and select a payment method through the secure Stripe environment (only required for your first order).
Through your account, you can manage your subscription via Manage my subscriptions (Stripe Customer Portal):
β Cancel subscription: The service will be deactivated at the end of the billing cycle.
β Edit billing details.
β Add or update your payment method through the secure Stripe environment.
β If you do not complete your billing details within 3 days after the free trial ends, your subscription will be automatically canceled.
In this case:
β Your access to the service will be revoked.
β Any stored data in GatherNext will be permanently deleted without notice.
